An animation to promote the release of a new book – the brief was to create a moody, mysterious and sinister trailer for the launch across facebook and other social media of “Blut Tinte.”

Client: Milan Grunewald.

Tools used: Blender, Photoshop, Clip Studio, Premiere.

 
 

Specific shot direction from the client but with loads of scope for visual development, this project was a mixture of 3D and 2D with hand-drawn textures.

Work spanning drawing, photography, print, and sculpture, this site serves as an evolving archive of both past and current projects.

Music Video Concept

`This project involved creating concept visuals and storyboards for a pitch supporting a reissue of Elton John’s Bennie and the Jets. The treatment imagined a 1950s dive bar setting disrupted by the sudden arrival of futuristic women, blending retro Americana with playful B-movie science fiction influences.

The work included a series of keyframes, character concepts, and storyboard sequences, along with animatics to help visualise pacing and mood for the pitch presentation.
